Shiraz grown in the red granite soils of our Dark Horse Vineyard shows rose petal, violets, brambly fruit and a twist of pepper. This is enlivened by co-fermentation with 4% Viognier. Maturation in French oak puncheons adds spice and complexity to the rich and generous palate. Whilst made to be enjoyed young, this wine will cellar gracefully.
