2016 was our hottest and earliest vintage, with the Riesling picked more than a month early in late March.
Despite the heat, this wine shows classic cool-climate aromatics of lime & honeysuckle. The palate is light and zesty, finishing with great natural acidity and minerality. Pair this wine with shellfish or sashimi.
