GSM blends have a long history in the Côtes du Rhône as well as Australia - where extroverted Grenanche is supported by peppery Syrah and brooding Mourvèdre. This dynamic combination pairs well with strong mediteranean flavours - think chargrilled proteins, rosemary-salt and olive oil. This fruit was grown at Hudson Vineyard, in the Hilltops Region of NSW.
